These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at evercleanmobiledetail.com and our mobile automobile detailing services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or booking and receiving Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Covered

Ever Clean Mobile Detail provides professional automotive cleaning and detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Exterior hand wash and wax

  • Interior vacuum and shampoo

  • Paint correction

  • Ceramic coating

  • Mobile detailing at the customer’s location

Services may be modified, upgraded, or expanded at our discretion.

2. Booking, Payment, and Pricing

2.1 Booking

  • Appointments are scheduled via our website evercleanmobiledetail.com, by phone, or through our approved booking platform.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are estimates until an on-site inspection is completed.

  • Final price is determined by vehicle condition, size, service type, and any additional fees.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Payment

  • Full payment is due upon completion of Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other approved methods.

  • Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Business Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Access and Work Area

  • The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for damage to property not visible or disclosed prior to service (ex: loose gravel, unstable surfaces).

  • For mobile service calls, the area must be safe, clear, and legal for service.

5. Customer Representations

By booking Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner or authorized agent of the vehicle.

  • You have disclosed all known issues and conditions of the vehicle.

  • You’ve removed all personal property and valuables prior to service.

6. Service Limitations & Liability

​

6.1 Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles with excessive dirt, mold, strong odors, biohazards, or extreme conditions may require additional fees or be declined at our discretion.

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants. Results may vary based on vehicle condition.

6.2 Liability Limits

  • Ever Clean Mobile Detail is not liable for damage to non-factory finishes, paint imperfections, mechanical components, or pre-existing conditions.

  • We are not responsible for damage that results from undisclosed issues (e.g., water leaks, broken trim, rust).

6.3 Property & Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

  • Ensure all personal belongings are removed prior to detailing.

7. Special Service Fees

Additional fees may apply based on vehicle condition or service type. These may include but are not limited to:

7.1 Biohazard Fee

Charged when bodily fluids, hazardous waste, or materials requiring specialized cleaning procedures are present.

7.2 Pet Hair Removal Fee

Charged when extensive pet hair requires additional time and tools.

​

7.3 Severe Interior Soil Fee

Applies when a vehicle’s interior condition exceeds normal detailing expectations due to neglect, heavy staining, odors, or embedded contaminants.

7.4 Disaster Detail Fee

Applies in cases of flood, fire, water damage, biohazard spill, or other catastrophic conditions requiring specialized cleaning.

​

7.5 Odor Treatment Fee

For targeted treatments related to smoke, mildew, pet odors, or extreme smells.

All special service fees will be communicated prior to service when possible.

8. Warranty & Satisfaction

  • We stand behind our workmanship and strive for customer satisfaction.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours for review.

  • Any warranty is valid only if full payment has been received.

9. Privacy and Website Use

Your use of evercleanmobiledetail.com is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or submitting personal information, you consent to collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if Terms are violated or conduct is inappropriate.
